At TFC Mouldings, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every product we manufacture and supply. From skirtings and mouldings to custom furniture and internal doors, each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. 1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds or exchanges are available for products that are:

  • Incorrectly supplied
  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective due to manufacturing faults

To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


2. Custom Orders

Please note that custom-made items, including bespoke furniture, tailored doors, and non-standard mouldings, are non-refundable unless faulty. We encourage clients to review specifications carefully before confirming custom orders.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@tfcmouldings.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll assess your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps. If approved, we’ll arrange collection or guide you through the return process. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect), we’ll cover all shipping costs. For other returns, shipping fees may apply and will be communicated during the process.


5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request—subject to stock availability and product type. Custom replacements may require additional lead time.
