We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. From urban hubs to remote regions, we work with trusted courier partners to reach your location. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact our team for confirmation.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. Standard rates apply to most regions, while remote or oversized deliveries may incur additional charges. All costs will be clearly communicated during the quoting process.

3. Lead Times

Our standard dispatch time is 5–10 business days for in-stock items. Custom orders, including bespoke doors and furniture, may require longer lead times depending on complexity and material availability. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window upon order confirmation.

4. Packaging & Handling

Each product is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Skirtings, mouldings, and panels are wrapped and secured to maintain their shape and finish. Fragile items such as glass doors receive additional protective handling.

6. Delivery Access
